saw my character is Fledgling. does it go up by level or what. and what do i get

It counts time you actually spend playing. Goes Fledgling, Kindled, Elder, Ancient, Eternal. Elder gives you an extra skill bar row which is the big one.
Nope. People tried. There's also a small damage bonus but it's capped at 15 percent in open world PvP and does nothing in arenas.

once ur Elder u can bring younger players into ur line too. the line gets a little bonus that grows with how many members are online

For anyone finding this later. Kindled at 10 hours, Elder at 50, Ancient at 200, Eternal at 1000.
